This pear sauce is made in our gluten and dairy-free kitchen almost every week. We let the pears ripen completely so that they are perfectly sweet and require no added sugar.
I use local, organic pears whenever possible and they are the only ingredient! No added water or sugar.
Thaw. Remove lid and plastic wrap.
Eat cold or microwave for about 1 minute, until cooked through.
OR thaw partially and eat as a pear slushy. Yum!
